Induction Cap Sealing Machine

The use of plastic coated foil membranes, with or without wadding, are employed to seal plastic and glass containers for improved integrity. The seal provides a good oxygen barrier to a better shelf-life, wet and fungus proof protection. It also provides tamper evidence and avoids spillage, especially to chemical containers.
The membrane is usually assembled into a screw closure, allowing the capping torque to provide good clamping pressure to the container top. Under the influence of a "no contact" induction field, the metal foil heats to melt the plastic and produce a weld. Induction Cap Sealing Machine seals materials like PE, PET, PVC, PP, PS, ABS and glass.
